Business responsibility

End Loadshedding (Registration No. 2026/290210/07) owns and operates endloadshedding.shop and is responsible for all product sales, customer payments, deliveries, warranties, returns and after-sales support throughout South Africa.

Products sold

End Loadshedding supplies solar products including inverters, batteries, solar panels, solar kits and related accessories. Product availability, pricing and specifications may change based on stock, supplier availability and courier conditions.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. EFT / Bank Transfer is available and is the default checkout payment method. Customers must use the order number as the EFT payment reference.

Immediate payment and clearance

Immediate payment is required. No dispatch or collection will be allowed until payment has cleared in our bank account. Proof of payment may be requested, but proof of payment alone does not release goods until funds have cleared.

Invoices and proof of payment

After an order is created, the invoice number matches the order number. Customers must email the signed invoice and proof of payment to sales@endloadshedding.com. Digital signatures are allowed.

Dispatch and collection

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within one business day after cleared payment and stock confirmation. Self collection is by appointment only after payment has cleared and the order is confirmed ready.

Delivery coverage

We deliver anywhere in South Africa using courier or logistics partners. Delivery times depend on the delivery address, product size, courier route and operational conditions.
