Shipping Policy

Order processing

  • All orders are subject to payment verification.
  • A confirmation email with order number and summary is sent after the order is placed.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 9 AM and 5 PM SAST.

Payment terms

  • The shipping policy document states that Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is accepted for dispatch purposes.
  • Full payment must be received and cleared before products are dispatched.
  • Bank details are supplied on the invoice and order confirmation email.
  • Use the order number as the payment reference to help avoid delays.

Shipping methods and costs

  • Orders are shipped with reputable couriers such as The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing.
  • Standard ground delivery is used unless a specialized service is arranged separately.
  • A flat shipping fee of R499 is added at checkout.

Delivery timeframes

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after payment clears.
  • Express shipping by arrangement: 1-3 business days once dispatched.
  • Delivery times remain estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather or courier delays.

Tracking and failed deliveries

  • Once shipped, the customer receives courier name, tracking details and estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping addresses must be complete and correct.
  • A redelivery or collection fee may apply if delivery fails due to no-one being available or an incorrect address.

Damaged, lost or incorrect items

  1. Inspect all packages on receipt.
  2. Report any damage, missing items or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Provide the order number and photos of the packaging and affected items.

International shipping

The policy states that End Loadshedding currently ships only within South Africa, although international arrangements may be discussed on request.
