The Victron Blue Smart IP65 Charger 24/13 is a professional-grade battery charger delivering 13 amps into 24V battery banks. Its IP65-rated enclosure is fully dust-tight and water-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor installation, engine bays, and marine environments where moisture and dust are unavoidable.
Built-in Bluetooth connects to the free VictronConnect app on Android or iOS, giving you a live view of charge current, battery voltage, state of charge, and the active charge stage — all without opening a control panel. The seven-stage adaptive charge algorithm (bulk, absorption, recondition, equalisation, storage, periodic absorption, float) is tailored for AGM, GEL, enhanced flooded, and LiFePO4 batteries.
The included DC connector simplifies installation with a positive locking mechanism and no exposed terminals. Temperature compensation automatically adjusts the charge voltage for ambient temperature swings — critical for South African environments where battery bay temperatures range from 5°C in Highveld winters to 55°C in Northern Cape summers.
Ideal for charging backup battery banks, caravan and camper batteries, golf cart banks, and marine auxiliary systems. The 24V/13A output makes it well-matched to medium-capacity 24V lithium or AGM packs used alongside Victron inverters.
