High-output solar power
The VOLTA+ YH620W-33MHD is a 620W bifacial solar panel built with N-type TOPCon cell technology. It is suited to new solar installations and system expansions where the panel’s electrical ratings, physical size and weight meet the system design.
At standard test conditions, each panel is rated to produce up to 620W. For planning purposes, 10 panels provide 6.2kW of rated PV capacity, while 16 panels provide 9.92kW. Actual output varies with sunlight, temperature, orientation, shading and installation conditions.
N-type TOPCon and bifacial design
The panel uses N-type bifacial monocrystalline cells. Its bifacial design can capture reflected light on the rear side where the mounting arrangement and surrounding surfaces allow it. Rear-side contribution depends on the installation and should not be assumed when calculating a customer’s expected generation.
VOLTA+ states that the module undergoes electroluminescence testing before and after lamination. The datasheet also lists testing for potential-induced degradation, salt mist, ammonia, dust, sand and fire resistance.

Installation and compatibility
An installer should check the proposed string voltage and current against the inverter’s PV input and MPPT limits, including voltage under cold conditions. When adding these panels to an existing installation, the installer must also check compatibility with the existing modules. Panels with different electrical characteristics should not automatically be placed in the same string.
What’s included: One VOLTA+ 620W solar panel. Mounting equipment, cabling, inverter and installation are excluded unless specifically included in your quotation.
Warranty: The datasheet advertises a 30-year warranty and shows a 30-year performance curve ending at 87.40% output. Confirm the applicable product and performance warranty terms with the supplier before publishing a more specific warranty promise.
Technical note for your store: The supplied datasheet has an apparent labelling error in its voltage and current rows: it labels both the 49.08 ±3% and 16.08 ±3% figures as short-circuit current, while a separate open-circuit voltage row shows 48.70V only under the 625W column. I’ve therefore left Voc for the 620W model out of the public listing. Get a corrected datasheet or written confirmation from VOLTA+ before adding that figure or using it for string design.
